Teamcenter 2412: Introduction to Teamcenter Administration Essentials

Summary

This course provides an introduction administering data in Teamcenter and Active Workspace. The goal of the course is to provide an introductory exploration of the Active Workspace Client administrative capabilities, and the Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) administration tasks needed to update an environment. This series is an introductory series, it does provide deep information on the topics, however are to be extended with deeper dive content. Learn how to administer data, learn the key roles related to administering data, explore the administrative capabilities in the Active Workspace including Organization, Access, Workflows and more! Explore the Business Modeler IDE tool and create a project, explore installation requirements, create a custom object and property, and deploy the changes with Deployment Center. It is recommended that students have a rudimentary understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) prior to taking the course. The course is designed for all that will be administering Teamcenter by working with Administrative applications in the Active Workspace Client or utilizing the Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) tool to extend the Teamcenter schema.
